Unlike many consultants who lack practical experience, Dennis was a practitioner before he became a consultant. He honed his performance management expertise in industry, leading a number of highly successful Balanced Scorecard implementations, including one of the first companies to receive the BSC Hall of Fame Award, Nova Scotia Power.

Drawing on his considerable experience, Dennis has spoken at a number of international conferences on the subjects of Performance Management and the Balanced Scorecard.
