Our Principles |
|
It is our principles, or core beliefs, that drive our conduct. As a management consulting firm we recognize that our value is measured through the success of our clients and our best advertisement is a referral from a delighted client. Here are the principles that guide our approach and ensure your complete satisfaction with our services.
- We focus on helping our clients design and implement the best possible performance management programs for their particular needs, while ensuring a transfer of knowledge so that they can leverage our experience long after the engagement concludes.
- Value for our clients - not billable hours - is our top priority. We will always provide practical and actionable advice, coaching, tools and subject matter expertise based on proven techniques to improve your Performance Management program. While our engagement will have an end date, our relationship will continue and we will be always available to discuss questions or implementation experiences long after the official engagement ends.
- Engagements will be customized to the needs of our clients recognizing that every business has a unique culture, business model and specific needs that must be considered in the design of the performance management framework. We will not use rigid models or "one size fits all approaches" to our work. We will work collaboratively with our clients to develop solutions that will work in their company and will contribute to their success.
- Finally, and most importantly, we truly believe in the principles of performance management and particularly the Balanced Scorecard framework and have seen it work in many types and sizes of organizations. We have "been in your shoes". The knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques we bring to our work, while well-grounded in business disciplines, have been developed through the actual implementation of successful performance management programs.
